Who We Are

VaillantCare.uk is an independent heating engineering business staffed by Gas Safe registered engineers who have chosen to focus exclusively on the Vaillant range of gas boilers. We are not affiliated with, employed by, or contracted to Vaillant (UK) or any part of the Vaillant Group. We are a wholly independent business, and our relationship with the Vaillant product range is one of deep technical expertise and professional specialisation rather than any commercial or corporate connection.

Our decision to work exclusively with Vaillant products was deliberate. The Vaillant range consistently represents the benchmark for domestic gas boiler engineering in the UK market: high efficiency, build quality that endures, and a comprehensive parts ecosystem that makes long-term ownership genuinely cost-effective. By concentrating entirely on one manufacturer's range, we can offer a level of product knowledge, diagnostic accuracy, and repair quality that a generalist heating company simply cannot match.

Every engineer on our team has completed rigorous, manufacturer-relevant training on the Vaillant ecoTEC and ecoFIT product families. We invest continuously in technical development, staying current with each new firmware release, product update, and technical bulletin. When you call VaillantCare, you will always speak to someone who knows your specific boiler model – not a call-centre operative following a script.

We will never recommend a new boiler when a repair will do. We will never sell you parts you don't need. Our engineers are incentivised on customer satisfaction, not on the value of work they generate. If the most sensible answer is "give it a reset and call us if it happens again," that is what we will tell you.

Heating engineering is a skilled, safety-critical trade. We take our professional development seriously: every engineer on our team holds current Gas Safe registration, attends regular technical training, and carries the tools and components needed to resolve the most common Vaillant faults in a single visit.

We are committed to being genuinely helpful: quick to respond, clear in our communication, punctual in our arrival, and thorough in our work. Our Commitment to Safety & Compliance

Gas safety is not a box-ticking exercise for us – it is the foundation of everything we do. All work carried out by VaillantCare engineers complies fully with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, current British Standards (including BS 7671 for electrical work associated with heating installations), and the relevant Approved Documents under the Building Regulations.

We maintain current Gas Safe registration, which you can verify independently at any time using the Gas Safe Register public lookup tool. Our registration number is displayed on every quotation, invoice, and completion report we issue.

On all new boiler installations, we complete the Benchmark Commissioning Checklist in full. This document is your proof that the installation has been commissioned correctly, is a legal requirement for warranty purposes, and provides the basis for all future servicing records. We hand the completed Benchmark log book to you on the day of installation and advise you to keep it safely for the lifetime of the appliance.

We also carry comprehensive public liability insurance and employers' liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request and is included in all formal quotation documents. We do not subcontract work to unregistered or uninsured third parties under any circumstances.
